- Provide support to Escrow Officer by assisting in disbursements, opening orders, loan packaging, realtor and lender requests, and assisting with customer service needs- Communicate the escrow process, requirements, and other information to all parties of the transaction (ex. borrower, buyer, seller, realtors, lender, etc.)- Open orders by following written instructions, sale agreement terms and other specific requirements - Provide superior customer service to clients by responding in an accurate and timely matter- Creating a daily process to manage follow-ups to achieve time management and proactiveness - Follow written instructions and prepare documents for transaction requirements. Also, explain the purpose of the document(s) - Use logical thinking to provide alternative solutions with obstacles we may encounter- Train, educate and motivate new employees with daily tasks
