Working through the first year of the ELGL & GFOA PAFR Fellowship Program, I was partnered with the City of Pearland to create a Popular Annual Financial Report. This report is based off of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and is submitted to GFOA. I collaborated remotely on this project with staff in the finance department and communications department. I created the City of Pearland's first PAFR, which aligned with their goals to be transparent with their residents. This PAFR received the GFOA award and allowed the City of Pearland to receive the GFOA Triple Crown Award. I completed the FY19 PAFR for the City of Pearland and thus ended my fellowship.

Planned and administered leadership development training to directors as a way for them to better understand leadership personality styles. Designed the development review process circular for the Planning & Engineering Departments in partnership with another intern. Examined various city public art policies to draft a Public Art Policy while working with various departments.
