"What do you want to be when you grow up?"This question was often posed to me at various points in my childhood by my parents, teachers, and the occasional friend. My answer was always the same: "I want to help others."Some children grow up to be firefighters, police officers, or doctors for the same reason. They want to help others, and those careers are their avenue for doing so.Although I may not be directly saving lives, I empower my healthcare clients that do work on the front lines. My career as a client success professional is incredibly rewarding and began at Cerner, a hospital facility management software. My experience at Cerner sparked my passion for healthcare technology and set me on my current professional course.Immediately following the conclusion of my undergraduate education, after receiving a BA in Psychology and a BA in Spanish, I began a Master of Healthcare Administration program from which I graduated in 2021. My specialization was Information Systems and directly applicable to my career.Currently I work for WellSky, a healthcare company, as a Client Success Specialist. I have the privilege of advocating for our clients and balancing their unique needs against the key initiatives of the company.I am very excited to continue utilizing my experiences and skills to improve client satisfaction and retention.
