This position is in the North America HR Shared Services Employee Life Cycle Unit interacting with employees, managers, HRs, Compensation, and benefits vendors in addressing Core HR. This position requires the ability to work within established service level deadlines, multi-task, work efficiently and accurately, communicate with customers on critical and sensitive pay impacting issues, Analyzing time and absence reports, both advised employees on absence options and corrected/submitted time sheets, and provided system support to Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Tax, Recruiting, and on-boarding. Job functions include the frequent use of Excel, pulling and analyzing queries, and professional customer service skills via channels such as Instant Message, email, and phone. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills are necessary.
