Working along side with Project Manager and Project Coordinator making calls to technicians and scheduling appointments.Entering and updating information in the company’s database and making conformation calls to ensure technicians arrival onsite. Helping technicians with installation and making sure connectivity is strong for all devices before releasing tech from site.Perform troubleshooting and power cycling steps with technician or third-party vendors. Making sure every installation result in an onsite success. But also knowing what to do when a project has escalated and taking the right procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
