Wearing different hats is part of who I am. I'm a fast learner and can adapt very fast to new environments and challenges. On Monday I could spend a whole day tinkering with an Odoo backend while the next day I could be playing with python, reverse engineer a piece of software or map a business flow. Often I'm a perfectionist and could spend a whole night solving a problem. Don't ask me to manage a project. Instead, invite me as a sparring partner, problem solver, fly-on-the-wall or strategist. In the past I had many roles: owned a cosy little café in town, youth work, international trainer, change management, bikepacker, webdesigner, etc... In weekends you often find me in the mountains, cycling or wandering around with my Nikon cameras.
