As an experienced operations professional, I have developed a strong skill set in process improvement, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. I am a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) with expertise in agile project management and system administration. I have led training initiatives, created automation, and streamlined workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.Most recently, I worked as an operations analyst at Fathom, a leading digital marketing agency. There, I leveraged my data skills to create custom reports and dashboards in Kantata (using MAQL) and Salesforce to provide actionable insights and inform business decisions. I also project managed the development of an automated dashboard that linked Salesforce and Kantata data to drive productivity, revenue, and profitability. I was recognized as a "Continuous Improvement Champion" during the 2023 employee award ceremony for my contributions to the organization.I am passionate about optimizing operations and driving business growth through data insights, strategic planning, and relationship management.
