Represent and manage the transaction requirements of over 2.8 million square feet of leased space for the Northern California, Central California, and Nevada Divisions of the CommonSpirit national real estate portfolio. Partner with local leadership and operations teams to define client space requirements, growth potential and business needs. Assemble and analyze clinic utilization data in support of strategy and consolidation efforts. Negotiate and review lease proposals and provide comparative analysis as required. Manage relationships between regional brokers and internal real estate service lines, including corporate real estate teams, hospital leadership, local clinic contacts, financial analysts, legal counsel and construction and design teams.
