There is SIG which is the main software used by a P&C insurance broker, COM which is designed for use by commercial insurance brokers, PREMIUM which is a financial system designed to manage premiums for your clients and DOK which is a document management system. All of the above are integrated together for one very complete system for today's insurance broker.

•Development & automation of the Rugman.com e-commerce business/website.•Responsible for daily operations (including: hiring, training, cross-training & managing staff) of e-commerce site, Rugman.com & all auctions on eBay (maintained eBay Gold PowerSeller, highest dollar volume, status)•Responsible for all aspects of call center •Developed and implemented systems in each of the following areas: Purchasing, Shipping/ Receiving, Client Service Systems, Billing, IT, Accounting, Marketing, New Product Integration.•Designed marketing strategy for both short and long-term growth strategies to meet sales projections of Affiliate Program, Business to Business (B to B) – Wholesale, inventory sharing with other websites (XML), whole industry B to B website.•Supervised and maintained internal communications systems within Rugman.com
