About Bredo Erichsen
In 2007 Bredo took the position of Country Head in Albania and has since then been working with general management, business development, water resource management, the ESIA process and CSR in the Balkans and in Turkey. From 2015 to 2020 he was the Country Head of Statkraft in India. Now he is VP Change Management in Statkraft's International division. Bredo Erichsen is educated in Hydrology and natural Sciences at the University of Oslo where he worked for seven years before establishing and running a consulting company for five years. After that period he has worked for Statkraft Engineering and now Statkraft. He has worked within the water resource management and hydrology field throughout his professional career, and is a specialist in flood and low flow analysis, process hydrology, snow hydrology and modelling of hydrological systems. He is also author of various papers and professional publications concerning hydrology and developing and using hydrological models. Bredo Erichsen has been assisting Professor at the University of Oslo as supervisor of M.Sc. students, science teacher and censor.After working in many countries he has gained experiences management of multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder management with partners, government authorities and local communities.
