I have a strong background in customer service, sales and management within a variety of industries. Eight years ago, I was able to redefine my career and pursue an industry that I had a life long interest in. I was welcomed in the world of the dermal beauty industry. I learnt everything I now know, by the opportunities I have been given having worked as a Manager, Skin & Laser Therapist, Clinical Education, to now my most recent role as People and Performance Manager.I am passionate about providing the best customer service experience to my clients and thrive on the opportunities I have to educate and develop my teams skills in all aspect of the business. I have helped refine training modules and have even been able to create new modules that are used to onboard new therapists into our business across Australia and New Zealand. I thoroughly enjoy the structures within a business and I love pushing myself to continually provide better systems and outcomes within my workplace environment.During lockdown I completed my Diploma in HR Management to advance my skills as a people leader and my allow myself to have a more confident ability to engage and build a strong culture with people and to continue to develop more strategies and operational management skills.
