I'm not your average problem solver. Of course, I am an avid listener, emotional intelligence master and geek out over research. But I am also a project manager, community builder and the go to person for any and all office needs. My background isn't traditional. As the Executive Assistant/ Project Manager at RateCheck, I helped launch consumer facing software to ease the home mortgage process while simultaneously supporting the CEO to solve any roadblock that emerged. At Marketplace Home Mortgage, I trained real estate agents on how to grow their business and launched marketing campaigns that increased sales by over 50%. And at NPCA, I was the jack of all trades. I supported the Vice President of Development, was the Assistant Manger of an International Trade Show and managed all projects and logistics for sales. In a nutshell, my passion for problem solving is coupled with a love for project management and supporting leadership. I’m not the person who just wants to solve a problem. I’m the proactive leader who is always one step ahead and creatively solves a problem before anyone else even knows it existed.
