In my role as an Internet Search Quality Rater at Welocalize, I significantly improved the relevance and accuracy of search engine results by evaluating and analyzing search queries to ensure they met user intent and provided high-quality, relevant results. This led to a more effective search experience for users, increasing overall satisfaction. I was responsible for providing detailed feedback on search results, which directly contributed to the refinement of search algorithms. By meticulously assessing and rating search result relevance, I helped enhance the precision of search engine responses, thus improving the overall effectiveness of the search engine's functionality. Additionally, I collaborated with other raters and the quality assurance team to ensure consistent and accurate evaluation standards.

Help with setting up Home Studio equipment for TV/Home Theater, Video Games, Music. Occasional computer software/hardware repair. Including diagnostics of computer software and solutions to problems, repair or replacement of parts, and basic maintenance and cleaning of components.

Proficient in several instruments including Saxophone, Percussion, Guitar/Bass, Trumpet, Tuba and Keyboard. Once part of the University of North Texas Saxophone Studio and a member of the UNT Marching, Basketball, and Jazz bands. Now making music freelance in a home studio.

During my time at Red Bee Media / Ericsson, I played a key role in assisting with the production of schedules and TV guides for local television stations. My efforts ensured the total accuracy and timely delivery of these schedules, which was crucial for effective broadcasting. I achieved this by coordinating with various internal teams and establishing thorough communication channels. I also facilitated communication and coordination with major broadcasting networks, including NBC, ABC, FOX, and CW. This role involved enhancing the accuracy and reliability of broadcasting schedules by developing and maintaining effective communication pathways between our teams and the networks. Additionally, I worked closely with outside syndication companies such as Mediastar and TitanTV. This collaboration improved the integration and synchronization of TV schedules with external data providers, ensuring seamless data exchange and accurate scheduling.

Various team-based projects including “Account Payable Processes” and Legal Documentation Editing. Handling of sensitive information in regard to employee or company invoice payments. Working with Microsoft Office, Autocite, XFab Editor, NDF Tasklist, and Job Starter to compile and correct information regarding legal documents in the online system LexisNexis.
