    Following on from some inspiring colleagues, I led the new ANU approach to diversifying the student body (both domestic and international) This university-wide transformation agenda encompassed people, processes, systems and strategy. Tying offers for programs, accommodation and scholarships together and providing full offers as early as possible. Key stakeholders included Marketing & Student Recruitment, Admissions & Scholarships, Accommodation, Planning & Performance, Colleges and schools. A major review was completed in 2022 and recommendations provided to deliver the diversification strategy, enable the strategy via innovative and integrated systems, and embed diversity thinking across the institution.
