• Responsible for implementing Utility Coordination strategies and adhering to the Mobilitie Utility Coordination (UC) Power Delivery Process from Application Submission, Power Walk/Power Design, Utility Make Ready and Permanent Power Delivery• Responsible for effectively project-managing all aspects of Utility Coordination including management of Utility Coordination Vendors and Electrical Utilities.• Responsible for facilitating regular Utility Coordination Vendor meetings, regional and market specific meetings including Utility Coordination operations reviews, War Call Power Delivery Meetings to discuss all forecasting, project planning, execution issues, progress, risks and roadblocks related to the Utility Coordination Power Delivery Process.• Collaborate with pre-construction team to prepare, review and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in developing the budget for the project• Prepare and maintain the project schedule, milestone dates, billing, cost and Close-out

• Responsible for site acquisition, zoning and permitting for over 140+ modification sites for AT&T• Oversee a 3+ person team including site acquisition specialists, permit specialist, and project coordinators• Manage budgets by forecasting deliverables and ensuring all purchase orders and requests are current• Responsible for business development through providing quality customer service• Proactively identify and resolve issues that would present a risk to clients’ build plan

• Scope and Design LTE 1st-4th Carrier Projects (average of 800 sites)• Scoping – lead entitlement, design and constructability meetings involving ≥20 participants• Communicate across multiple departments and groups including RF, RAN, Construction, Site Acquisition, Legal, Leasing, NREA and Finance• Reports – Weekly Director Milestone, Frequency, Scoping, Doability, and POE

•Order NPA/NXX and maintain accurate growth for entire West Region including AZ, CA, ID, CO, TX, HI, NV, OR, WA, UT containing 378 Rate Centers.•Create a daily report collectively with MTE, Forecasting, Growth History, and Inventory for the Entire Western Region.•Forecasting & Planning: analyzing current and historical data to determine future trends.•NCP (Network Capacity Planning), Strategic Initiatives (business strategies; FOAs, VOIP IP, Cost Saving), Market/regional Specific (New TG’s).•Life-Cycle Maintenance: Data Collection (build/maintain); Raw data validation & exception coding (delete or exclude data points; Traffic Database); Data Analysis (Performance and Utilization; Trending and/or load changes); Reporting (input to plans, project teams, requests for studies, MDDs, etc.)•Calculation used to determine instantaneous or abrupt changes in traffic patterns. Technology Shifts (TDM to IP migration); Service Introduction (IMS); Peering (Impact to LD).

•Market Telephony Designer, Fixed Wireless Services •Analysis of market specific requirements including, but not limited to: LATA boundaries, MTA boundaries, rate centers, NPA boundaries, •Interconnection agreements, access tandems, and local tandems. •Documentation of telephony requirements on a market specific basis.•Market and region specific map creation using MapInfo.•Creation and Management of trunking architecture using Telcordia •LERG, and Industry Notifications.•Participation in the New Markets Deployment and Multi Switch teams.
