Over the past eighteen years I have developed my skills in project management, RCA, and traffic engineering in the telecom industry. In this time I have become proficient in communicating and collaborating with multiple departments and groups as well as following projects from the development stage through to implementation and optimization. I recently worked as a Utility Coordination Manager, and have held the roles of Project Manager, Regional Code Administrator and Traffic Engineer in the past. As a Utility Coordination Manager I collaborate with various departments on a daily basis. This interpersonal experience is crucial to work effectively and productively with a large team. While I held the position of Project Manager, Regional Code Administrator and Traffic Engineer I undertook forecasting and planning, supervised other team members, and facilitated cost-effective and process solutions for Sales. I am able to acquire new skills and learn new systems quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, I am an enthusiastic mentor and enjoy working with other team members to develop their skills. When facing difficult challenges I am able to develop creative solutions that improve and add value to products and services.
