I started my retail journey 5 years ago, moving through Bras N Things as a Christmas casual to Assistant manager, Store Manager at Skechers and now Store Manager at Provincial Home Living. I never thought I’d make a career out of retail, but I’ve come to love it for all that it throws my way. I thrive on making my customers satisfied by delivering personalised customer experience to everyone who enters my store. I’ve built strong relationships with my team, and we work like a well oiled machine. Covid has definitely thrown us some challenges, but together we’ve become stronger than ever. I lead a team of strong, confident individuals who I trust will become successful leaders themselves.
