Loans and New Accounts Officer.Provide members with loan applications and any other forms necessary to transact business with the Credit Union. Accept, review and process completed loan applications including, VISA applications. Interview loan applicants. Evaluate background information including credit history, employment history, and debt-to-income ratio of applicant. Determine collateral needs and payment plans for approved loans.Open new accounts including checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA's) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA's).

I perform a variety of transactions on member and business accounts. I accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for members including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers. I gather preliminary information from members for loan applications. Information includes: loan type, dollar amount, purchase order/purchase information, budget for payment amount, etc. I perform cash drawer audits of MSRs, General Ledger (GL) and Branch Certifications on a monthly basis. I assume responsibility for the teller operations in the absence of the Branch Manager or Operations Supervisor.
