CurrentI have had the honor of working for Roth Staffing for over 17 years, starting as a Jr. Designer and moving up to Creative Director. As the Creative Director of Roth Staffing, my job entails managing and creating the brand and design for the company from start to finish, guiding a cross-functional print, web, and social media creative team in the conception, design, and execution of visual materials, artistic marketing and promotional pieces, internal recruiting and operational materials, video editing and production, interior space concept and design, art installation management, social media material, industry infographics, photography selection, sales presentations, and corporate branding strategy. As a coworker of Roth Staffing Companies, I am proud "to make life better for the people we serve." Wanting to create a company of pride and purpose led to philosophies that soon became our company's Mission, Vision, and Values. It's not rhetoric; our Vision and Values define the soul of our company.
