I oversee the development department as they work on projects in various states (sales, discovery, design, build, maintenance). I also lead the strategic direction of the team and oversee resource management and hiring. My long term focus is on identifying areas in which we can gain efficiencies, standardize our processes, and better collaborate with our teammates in other departments.

I spend my time managing a team of fantastic back end devs as they tackle multiple projects for our company. I maintain high level oversight over their projects, offer them professional mentorship, and I also manage my own project load where I guide builds from sales through discovery and design, into development, and all the way to launch. On a higher level I am integrated in the growth and strategy of the dev team, assisting the Director of Technology in this regard, and I also help to manage resourcing for our team of 18+ devs.

As one of several Dev Team Leads under the Director of Development, I lead a small team of devs that handles the buildout of websites from start to finish. I interface with project managers, designers, sales, as well as clients, and I guide and mentor more junior developers.
