Breeanna is the General Counsel at Defense Trade Solutions (DTS), where she oversees the Administration and Compliance Department, which includes contracts, compliance, human resources, finance, security, legal affairs, and operations. She brings a diverse background in law, regulatory compliance, and public policy to her role. Breeanna graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Political Science and Archaeology, and from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law with her JD. Prior to joining DTS, she gained extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, including serving as a legislative aide in the U.S. and Wisconsin State Senate, working in regulatory compliance within the transportation industry, and advising on privacy and record retention as a consultant. She also worked as an associate in a boutique firm where she honed her expertise in corporate and regulatory matters.
