OEM and Mechanical Sales

• Oversee 12 fraternity chapters throughout the Midwest• Work as the sole ambassador to the chapters in order to guide them to national standards and polices, and assist them in working through issues • Work closely with chapter leadership and local volunteers to support the chapter• Facilitate short workshops to week long retreats for up to 100 people• Help to run large events of 300, or more, participants that run for 3 or more nights

• Recruit and educate “founding fathers” to start new fraternity chapters• Recruit and train advisors to aid in long term sustainability of the local chapters• Manage project budgets and timeline set by both chapter alumni and the national organization• Build relationships with local alumni and university faculty and staff

• Assist in the design and testing process for a new laser being built in house• Obtain and test new cameras for product integration• Proof of concept for new products • Perform Gauge R&Rs on new measurement machines in house and at customer locations • Build and install ShaPix Measurement Machines

• Electrical design drawing in AutoCAD• Verify and update drawing according to actualized work on site• Collect field data
