I've had the unique pleasure of starting up GHX as an original founding member. In 2020 I was 1 of 15 individuals selected by my former employer, Johnson & Johnson, to create a global healthcare exchange that would transform the way in which healthcare business was done. For more than two decades I've worked to digitally transform GHX's supplier community through collaboration, innovative solutions, and strong business relationships. Today, I manage the North American relationship of our largest global suppliers. Our extensive GHX Community is comprised of >4,100+ hospitals and >600 integrated global suppliers worldwide. My career has progressed through roles across sales (supplier and provider), operations, information technology and customer service. While at J&J I focused on driving efficiency and automation within Sales. I spearheaded providing technology to sales reps for use in their home offices, developed a digital platform to build and manage Customer Business Plans, and collaborated with sales senior leadership to create annual sales management and rep commission plans, including performance metrics.Over the past 23 years at GHX I've played a key role in building critical mass of our supplier community. Engaging and collaborating with senior leaders across healthcare to solve their organization’s supply chain challenges.GHX continues to evolve and expand our capabilities with solutions in supply chain modernization, digital case management, working capital optimization, and vendor credentialing and compliance. Change may be a constant but our purpose has remain steadfast: to deliver better patient care and lower the cost to deliver it.
