Demonstrate exceptional project management skills on multiple campaigns while staying objective, meeting deadlines, producing quality content, and achieving goals. -Develop and coordinate new marketing campaigns from design conceptualization in tandem with other divisions, external Show Promoters, such as Live Nation, AEG, and Phoenix Ballet.- Led the Orpheum Theatre logo project, providing creative directives, motivating team participation, and improving the design outcome.- Strategically promote AZ Opera, Ballet Arizona, and The Phoenix Symphony within theatrical venue line-ups, nurturing relationships to secure project buy-in and consensus among leadership.- Collaborate with external design agency, Kitchen Sink, on creative concepts and paid ad initiatives.- Routinely meet with Marketing Director to present progress report and data-driven solutions.- Drive the development of a public art project for the West Atrium, overseeing budgeting, cost projections, and scheduling with meticulous attention to detail.- Develop digital marketing content and oversee publication deadlines, monitor public sentiments through social media platforms and community engagement,- Procured and selected external event contractors, coordinated with service partners, directed event decor design, developed timelines, estimated project costs, and managed the budget for the Orpheum Theatre’s 95th Anniversary internal event.- Proactively identify communication and workflow solutions to enhance the team’s productivity.- Initiated and oversaw a successful e-newsletter campaign, achieving a remarkable 20% growth insubscriptions within one year and maintaining an impressive 18% average open rate per email.- Maintain digital and print content accuracy
