As product designer for Tahoma Climbing Tech, of which I am a co-founder, I ensure that our product not only suits the needs of the user, but also the market. I have been responsible for designing and presenting our product in a number of start-up competitions over the past 2 years. Our product won 1st place at the Outdoor Weber Competition 2019 and was a finalist in the BYU Rollins Center New Venture Challenge Summer 2020. We have raised a total of $47K in free prize money. I have continued to improve our design as we face manufacturing challenges, and will be responsible for our brand identity, marketing strategy, and website moving forward.

As the manager of the t-shirt printing department at BYU Print & Mail, I oversee the fulfillment, printing, and quality of hundreds of orders a week. I coordinate team schedules and monitor productivity to ensure that all products are completed in a timely manner and according to our quality guidelines. I work directly with customers to ensure their objectives and needs are met.
