Breana (Bree) Killingsworth is an Organizational Development Consultant with experience diagnosing, designing, and delivering talent solutions. Bree specializes in leadership development and believes everyone can lead from where they are regardless of title. She is passionate about helping individuals, teams, organizations, and communities drive performance and cultivate their legacies. She has designed and facilitated programs on self-leadership, communication, team building and partnerships, feedback and coaching, change management, employee orientation, excellent service, and more.Bree has 12 years of experience with the Walt Disney Company in several segments and capacities from Parks & Resorts to the Credit Union. Some of her accomplishments include designing and facilitating a multi-module leadership development curriculum for all employees at Partners Federal Credit Union, designing training for the grand opening of Shanghai Disneyland in 2016, and developing training tools for domestic Disney Parks. She believes talent and training solutions should be personalized and transformational. She is also passionate about Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and has 2+ years of experience as a volunteer moderator for a virtual community of 7.5 thousand womxn who have difficult conversations around race, ethnicity, color, gender, nationality, and culture. Bree leverages her skills in diagnosing, designing, facilitating, and moderating to ensure a holistic approach.Bree is passionate about learning formally and informally. She has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Chapman University and is actively pursuing her master’s in Organizational Leadership. Outside of these activities, Bree enjoys the creative arts and can often be found painting, reading, writing, listening to music, or enjoying theater. The creative-lens ensures that her design and delivery are highly engaging.
