Dedicated to raising funds for medical research, it is Australia’s largest single fundraising event of its kind.‍The conference is a rare opportunity for industry heavyweights, global thought leaders, fund managers, Chief Investment Officers/Chief Executive Officers and investors to be in one room, to network and access exclusive insights.As Executive Producer, I lead the event and production teams to develop and execute the event plan, program, production logistics and financial management for each of the events - whilst ensuring we meet our core purpose; to raise a significant surplus for distribution to Australian medical research institutes.‍

Elastic is a Production and Creative Agency, developing mainly TV commercials and branded content. As the Executive Producer, I developed client creative responses and budgets, produced large scale TVC projects, as well as lead and resource managed a team of Producers and Production Coordinators. I was also a part of the senior leadership team, contributing the overall strategic initiatives for business objectives and market positioning.

George P Johnson is a global experiential marketing agency, where I was a contract Senior Content Producer for one of their key accounts, Amazon Web Services (AWS). My role included building a process for their content production, my role incorporated both producing and client services whilst also maintaining a high level perspective on a large slate of work, resourcing, and building processes and methods with the Content Director to build a scalable model for AWS content production within the business.

As Head of Production I oversaw the production of all projects and the team to ensure the studio functioned as a well-oiled machine. Team leadership, operations, management, creative and strategic problem solving and being the company culture radar, were all key areas of my responsibility to support the creative team to problem solve and deliver outstanding work. My role demanded focus, high-level communication and budgeting skills, flexibility and creative leadership as well as a consistent focus on people, business culture and staff development. I worked as part of the management team, providing input, new ideas and solutions to business, project and financial management decisions with our CEO and Finance Director.As an Integrated Producer at Taste I had the opportunity to further diversify my experience in content producing having produced an interactive e-book called “I didn’t like Hubert”, broadcasted documentaries, as well as short films.

Creative Agency and Production Company

During my time at Brand New Media I further developed my skills in producing long form content for broadcast. I’ve produced a range of lifestyle tv shows, a 1 hourdocumentary for broadcast on channel 10, and a series of live television shows that broadcast on free to air television in Australia.

Working mainly on TV commercials and branded content for various production companies and agencies. During this time I also furthered my skills on integrated campaigns and digital projects - looking after production of websites, flash banners and Facebook applications.

Sweetbox specialized in post production and Visual effects for television commercials, music videos and television shows. My role focused on client services, supervising and schedulingthe post production staff, creative development, and production managing shoots.

I began as a Production coordinator at Captiv8 who specialize in broadcast TV commercials and digital media. After 2 years I was promoted to Broadcast Producer. I worked across all areas of the business – both digital and broadcast. My main duties included creative development, quoting, client services, managing shoots and post production management.
