As a Corporate Account Manager at GES I help deliver GES's brand: the Art and Science of Engagement:-Coordinate and oversee custom tradeshow exhibits and provide on-site supervision at tradeshow venues for a variety of accounts as assigned by the Director of Sales.-Responsible for the management of exhibits from planning stages through collection of invoice, including: collaborating with clients to collect information; floor plan management; writing work orders; overseeing the creation, approval and distribution of service kits; working with internal departments to ensure work orders are completed; overseeing the set-up and tear down of shows; and generating show management invoices and following up until collected.-Act as a liaison with show management, exhibitors, hotel/convention center staffs, production personnel, internal clients and ancillary vendors with regard to all services and build working relationships with all.-Ensure all trade show exhibits are produced within established budget guidelines. Budget and fiscal responsibility on assigned exhibits including accuracy, forecasting and management onsite on the financial aspect of client.-Fulfill roll in creation of RFP Proposals, Exhibit Planning and Capacity Planning process as required on assigned shows.-Supervise and assist all show personnel assigned to Account Management and all subcontractors as needed.

-Primarily focused on negotiating spot market commitments and sales execution through account penetration and carrier enlistment-Accountable for operational results directly connected to driving productivity, automation and operational excellence (service and tracking)-Manages carrier expectations through the use of SOPs, KPIs and other account metrics-Align with branch strategy in forecasting, business planning and pipeline development-Identifies opportunities to penetrate the account, collaborating with SMEs and additional resources to help sell diverse solutions-Pursues personal development plans-Solicit truck offers in shipments-Focused on deal-making (buying, selling, and negotiating) to honor day-to-day commitments of the account.
