He has worked in the Powerline Utility / Powerline Contractor Sector for over 20 years, his practical experience includes: 24/7 On Call Power Restoration, OH/UG services, Substation Services, Distribution Services, Live Line Work, Transformer Installation & Maintenance, Powerline Pole Installation & Salvaging, Powerline Pole Climbing, 477 ASCR & Below Wire Installation, 500 MCM & Below Cable Installation, etc.As a professional Class 1 Driver Breen has a considerable amount of knowledge in Provincial Hours of Service, Federal Hours of Service Regulations in addition to effectively teaching these courses to employee's.
