My role at Silver Brook consists of many daily tasks such as assisting clients in the selection of colours for their home, both in-store and in-home. Selecting the right product and finish for the customers specific project. Selecting and quoting wallpaper for customer projects. As well as basic retail tasks such as accepting and processing payments, cashier duties, Customer service and opening and closing the store.As my role transitioned, I started running all social media and marketing campaigns for the company. I would be the person behind all social media comments, content and community. As the manager of the store, I would be responsible for acting on any tasks the owner needed to be completed. Including; picking up supplies, speaking with clients and contractors on problems, finding solutions to employee difficulties, creating schedules, dealing with all day to day transactions and ensuring the end of week and end of year paperwork was organized properly. As well as any other task that came up.

Under my company, I have managed Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, & Linked-In accounts for multiple brands and small businesses. I build your brand on social media platforms, I do this by being the person behind the screen who comments, posts photos, writes the content and sometimes creates the content from scratch.I build community by being in the comments, watching stories of your followers and engaging, building that actual relationship even if you're a brand & not one person this can be done in an organic natural way.& about 50000 other things that are all in the back end but those are the 2 values that matter most to me.
