Responsibilities:• Initial contact for telephone inquiries giving professional advice & providing quality customer service to client groups• Prepare apprentice and host trainer kits• Organise and undertake recruitment and completion interviews for apprentices• Assist in scheme growth endeavours by promoting and selling Group Training to potential customers• Collate & check Fortnightly timesheets submitted by HIA Apprentices for payroll purposes• Maintain the integrity of the apprenticeship schemes’ information systems• Maintain all apprentice and host trainer records and files and create new records as required• Maintain HIA Apprentices safety equipment register (PPE issued) and tool purchase register• Collate reports, statistical information and any other related information as required• Assist in coordinating Apprentices training and annual programs• Process mail, invoices, training incentive and workers compensation claims• Assist with producing monthly reports to executive management• Monthly reporting: performance, workers compensation, RTW plan and downtime• Co-ordination of Apprenticeships awards• General administration and office duties• Conducting site visits
