Working alongside the Senior Executive team at Ingenious Med to instigate and maintain companywide corporate programs. Corporate Programs include but are not limited to: •Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer, Hart Williford•Corporate Programs Manager (responsibilities include): o Leaders Circle: an executive retreat with our best clients for fly fishing, round table discussions, and networking within healthcare arena. o New employee Boot Camp: Quarterly On-board training for new employees o Annual Sales Kick-off retreat: Q1 sales retreat to kick-off the sales team for the new year with their quotas and sales training on new product and company direction o Monthly executive BOD meetings: set up meetings and send out monthly reports to the BOD. o IM Thrive: a health based program that encourages employees to step 1,000,000 steps in 100 days. As a project manager for The Van Dreser Company, I scheduled sales representative presentations, answered phones, and managed several hotel projects. Some of the projects that I managed were Marriott's Manor Club in Williamsburg VA, Marriot's Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe, and the Westin in Tysons Corner, VA.•Responsibilities include: -Selection of product and specifications written for all FF&E in hospitality design. -Creation of project schemes, color boards, and assisting principal designer Jillian Van Dresser in client presentations.

Position: Retail Designer and Showroom Designer•Managed multiple store projects, from initial design, through construction and grand opening.•Served as lead showroom designer on company showrooms in Mississippi, California, North Carolina and Germany.•Responsibilities include: -Reviewing leases and contract documents; -Coordinating with consultants in preparation of construction documents; -Coordinating contractors and store owners throughout the construction phase. -Selection of furniture collections and accessories offered in the store. -Preparing construction documents for showrooms and designing display vignettes for furniture markets; -Assisting in the development and packaging of Lane Home Furnishings Signature Collections
