I focus mainly on sales, but also get to work on helping other members of the team succeed.I am a very determined person and work very hard.I take my roles and responsibilities to heart and give it my all.I love helping others, so being able to mentor new hires makes all the difference. It's amazing what you can learn from each other even if they have only just started a few months prior. I am one of a few sales people who have sold an enterprise subscription within my department. These are much larger deals that don't always come around when you primarily work with smaller businesses. So far I have uncovered about four that would benefit from the enterprise package and secured two out of those four. I am working diligently to move the other two potential enterprise sales to the next level and get a homerun! I love that J. J. Keller allows you to tackle your book of business in a way that works best for you. Everyone is so welcoming and eager to help you succeed. I've never worked anywhere before where higher level managers will go out of their way to help you close deals and coach you along the way. While it is a difficult role, knowing I have an entire team to back me up makes all the difference.On my off time, I watch a lot of TV, but I also make homemade dog treats and dog-related décor on the side.
