I am a transportation planning and engineering professional with 26 years of experience partnering with clients, stakeholders and communities to translate project visions and objectives into reality. As Managing Director of BGE’s North TX and AR Transportation Systems, I lead a diverse team delivering highway/roadway planning and design, structures, traffic planning and operations, utilities, and program management/GEC projects. Additionally, I lead multidiscipline teams to exercise flexibility and creativity in developing context sensitive solutions to enhance communities. My expertise extends to client relations, stakeholder management, and risk/schedule/budget management.I partner with regional and company leadership in performing business planning and development activities to support strategic growth within the company. I'm responsible for managing, leading and developing a group which includes our next generation of rising stars in the industry.My experience encompasses multi-modal corridor planning, feasibility studies, preliminary and final engineering, public and stakeholder involvement, and managing environmental studies to clear projects for subsequent stages. Land use impacts are also a key component on many of the projects I have completed across Texas and the nation. I exercise flexibility and creativity, focus on constant collaboration and communication, and develop a comprehensive understanding of every project's circumstances to create successful outcomes.
