Interned with a small architecture firm in Annapolis, MD where I managed several small fitness gym renovations from the design development phase into construction documentation and permitting. I also provided design support and administrative assistance on larger design and construction projects during the construction documentation and construction administration phases.My responsibilities included documenting existing conditions, drafting drawing sets, addressing red-line drawings, evaluating construction submittals, answering RFIs, assisting clients with material samples and selections, and facilitating building permit processes.

Worked as a project manager for a small and progressive division 8 and 10 subcontractor serving the District of Columbia and beyond. My responsibilities included estimating bids, providing project submittals, monitoring and creating project timelines and schedules, coordinating material purchases, coordinating product shipments, coordinating installation schedules, and maintaining financial statistics for each project.

Internship provided an opportunity to collaborate on designing an exhibit for the AIA annual anniversary hosted the spring of 2012. My responsibilities included creating conceptual and schematic designs and layouts of the exhibit spaces.
