This experience laid the groundwork for expanding my focus to include stakeholder and community engagement, where I developed strategies to identify needs and empower communities to lead solutions. Each step of the way, I have built upon these experiences, honing my skills in project management, facilitating efficient meetings, and ensuring timely delivery.One of my most significant accomplishments was spearheading the inaugural Big Dipper Innovation Summit, bringing together approximately 40 thought leaders and innovators. This initiative laid the foundation for annual summits and future business ecosystem engagement opportunities. Additionally, I served as the lead advisor for a feature-length, award-winning documentary, contributing to its initial concept development and offering edits and comments during the post-production phase. These experiences have not only showcased my proficiency in content creation and distribution but also reinforced my commitment to driving impactful change.Beyond my professional endeavors, I serve as a Division I NCAA basketball official and hold leadership roles on several business and community boards.
