We focus on precise design, and software that is beloved and considered vital by clinicians and patients as opposed to theoretical. Conducted interviews and created process maps and business frameworks. Coordinated efforts for international, offshore, and multi-vendor teams. Worked with technical audience marketing teams and product groups to generate marketing material and resources for product launches (including global translation of material). Implemented change management methodology.
