Along with providing patient care in our stress lab (nuclear studies, treadmill studies, stress echos) and anticoagulation clinic (40 patients daily), I was responsible for process development and implementation incorporating EPIC, ideal patient experience, policy and scope of practice for Medical Doctors, RNs, Medical Assistants and Patient Support Representatives. Project involvement includes retiring customers support for Windows XP and the reorganization of APS for Qi Lu’s transfer from Yahoo to Microsoft resulting in the transition from Windows Live to Bing. Developed and maintained project plans, stakeholder analysis, communications plans, facilitation plans, risk logs, and status reports. Designed and facilitated meetings and workshops. Conducted interviews and created process maps and business frameworks. Coordinated efforts for international, offshore, and multi-vendor teams. Worked with technical audience marketing teams and product groups to generate marketing material and resources for product launches (including global translation of material). Implemented change management methodology. Managed all of Jobster’s east coast enterprise accounts, provided customer service and technical support, designed and conducted software training series, developed tools for trainers to evaluate client progress and effectiveness of implementation, coordinated Voice of the Customer feedback to development team, created a transition plan for external stakeholders during internal re-organization retaining 100% of customers, contributed to transition plan for Client Services to continue business with 40% staff reduction.

Provided patient care, responsible for staffing coordination, communicated research based details of nursing practice to nationally recognized health care and surgical teams, provided training to new grads and new hires, was a member of the UW Medicine Local Practice Council in 2002.
