I currently work in Operations as a Research Assistant. The short summary of my role in operations is that I analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. What that really means is that I have become a jack of all trades and a person who understands the importance of holding hands across departments for a common goal. I have over 17 years experience in customer/client service and I have been able to transfer that knowledge into cohort retention by leading efforts in refusal conversion. I also have experience in writing specs for programmers and planning long term projects across multiple departments. Another component of my job is creating and leading one on one and team training.I took a non-traditional approach to my career and that has afforded me a set of skills that I am able to use every day. I currently have a Business Administration: Human Resources Management - Human Resources Management certificate and am finishing my Associates in Business Administration - Human Resources from Wake Technical Community College.
