As an instructor, it is my responsibility to educate individuals, instruct on, and evaluate proficiency of lifesaving skills while maintaining the safety of students. This position requires me to work independently and with other instructors on a regular basis with minimal supervision. Other responsibilities include communicating feedback and success or failure with students, recording student results and class information, communicating with clients regarding their scheduled class, maintaining and sanitizing equipment, and sharing class information with other instructors as necessary.

-Manage training team and coordinate schedules according to training needs of new employees-Communicate and coordinate with managers, supervisors, trainers, and trainees on a regular basis via phone, email, text, and in person in regards to progress, concerns, and feedback-Document and record progress of all trainees-Conduct on-boarding sessions, training sessions, and execute proficiency tests-Review daily supervisor reports for issues pertaining to trainees and address each one in a timely manner-Remain adaptable and flexible to solve problems and keep the training process on track-Retain confidentially of sensitive information-Teach lessons effectively, safely, and meet individual needs of each child-Utilize required computer programs

 Redeveloped camp program to appeal to parents and children by analyzing their needs to increase our attendance from an average of 30 attendees to 83 attendees over four years Assist with the recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and training of staff members and volunteers Exercised listening and speaking skills to help resolve conflicts and customer complaints Create and design all marketing and informational materials for programs including flyers, brochures, website, business card, newsletters, and email Mentor and tutor students in various subjects Responsible for the creation of reports pertaining to finance and attendance and maintaining files containing confidential information including addresses and medical information for all personnel and students.
