Hello, I'm Brennan. I am from Lawrenceburg, Indiana, just a small town outside of Cincinnati. My academic and career goals have constantly changed over the course of my life. As of know I am studying Management in SPEA. I have always been interested in the field of finance, and a big part of that is because of my father. He is in wealth management and that's the career that I am currently pursuing. Comfort with Risk and Attention to Detail are some of my top skills on Career Leader. I personally feel that these two skills relate to the wealth management field very deeply. First off, you have to be comfortable with taking risks, because the majority of the career includes investing other peoples money. The second one is attention to detail, I find this relatable, because it's something my father always mentioned to me when talking about his job. Several of my interests that I feel resonate with me are Quantitative Analysis and Enterprise Control. First, I think they both represent some of my own qualities and second, I think they both represent qualities that you need to have to go into the Wealth Management field. I feel that the strengths and weaknesses that I have mentioned have came from the years of my dad mentoring me about what his job involves and also my own research over the topic has sculpted my personality around this type of career.
