In this role, I contribute to a collaborative team responsible for maintaining the grounds at the Village By The Arboretum. Our responsibilities include tree pruning, seasonal clean-ups, tree removals, garden planting, and hedge trimming.In addition to my team duties, I assist in maintaining all equipment, including chippers, hedge trimmers, mowers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and blowers. I am also part of the grass cutting crew and serve as the Lawn and Tree Care Coordinator, where I oversee fertilization, support herbicide and pesticide applications, and manage the procurement of fertilizers, grass seed, and chemicals.

In this role, I managed our social media platforms and developed and maintained our website. I was responsible for the distribution and sales of our products, overseeing all business activities and managing day-to-day operations.

In this role I performed routine maintenance daily, reviewing all the systems within the conservatory grounds. I worked closely with exterior contractors for ongoing maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, septic (aerobic treatment) and electrical. My role worked closely with the entire team at the Conservatory when issues arise.I was a member of the Health and Safety Committee as a worker representative.

Assisting customers in the camping department. Educating and informing the customers on the various products in the store and what would suit their adventure needs best.

Management of general farm operations outside of animal care. Organization and coordination of external contractors/vendors, asset maintenance, property maintenance, and overseeing construction projects on the premises.In addition to my role, I served as the Co-Chair on the Health and Safety Committee as well as a member on the Environmental Committee.

Performed property assessments for property tax purposes. This included visiting homeowners and speaking with them in regards to their new home, renovation, and building permits taken out that would effect property value, and the sales data on the property. This role also involves processing this data and inputting it into our database. This role also dealt with local municipalities by requesting building plans that would assist in our data input.

Part of a team that took on Ontario-wide projects in respect to property assessment. Correcting data with the use of GIS systems, as well as editing information in the company database.

In this role, I worked closely with a Lead Carpenter. We built custom decks for homeowners, mostly with composite materials.

I was responsible for project/footing layout and installation. We installed concrete footings as well as helical piles
