I been with Salon de rose for over a decade and I started my career at the entry level and was promoted to the management level. When a got hired as a cashier/receptionist my duties and responsibilities evolve from collecting payments and closure registers, Interacting with clients, booking appointments, and answering queries. By doing this, I am able to step out of my comfort zone and try new thingsIn the course of time, I have been promoted from the position of managing the store with a greater responsibility from the day-to-day transactions to reporting, repairs, and overall maintenance of the store. I learn on how to motivate employees, inspire them, and foster enthusiasm toward work. Promoting a harmonious working relationship between my team members is one of the most important things I can do for the team.I have gained a sense of how to manage and evaluate progress as a result of the experiences I gained in the past. Which give me a sense of purpose.
