• Oversee end to end localization projects to support Apple HR and Retail Business including pre-launch planning and post implementation support. • Collaborate with multiple business owners cross functionally to define project scopes, prioritize requirements, manage budgets, allocate and deploy resources, and track milestones.• Drive briefings with external global vendors and linguistic validators on localization efforts by providing detailed business context and in-situ examples, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.• Execute localization of HRWeb site ensuring weekly sprint deadlines are met and content is updated to align across various HR teams and initiatives.• Maintain localized content for Retail employee website Loop, working with business partners to focus localization efforts on the best content to maximize the effect of budget spend. • Partner with Multimedia team on numerous video projects, ensuring that deadlines are met while delivering videos that align with overall campaign focus, informing all stakeholders of concurrent, related localization projects.

• Oversee Localization Program for Digital Marketing. Steer process from beginning to end, ensuring Marketing localization needs are met. Maintain active partnerships with various stakeholders so that localization requirements, projections, timelines, are clearly communicated, and expectations managed. Collaborate with internal Design team, localization vendor, contractors, external marketing and video agencies to deliver on-time and cost-effective Marketing localizations. • Own Digital Marketing Localization Program strategic planning and budgeting. Work with stakeholders to determine best use of localization budget, to produce effective, lead-generating/sales-promoting Marketing content. Manage vendor relationship to ensure the best quality, price and turnaround times for all localized content. Scheduling resource allocation ensuring that the right projects are being worked on at the right time.• Manage Web Program for Digital Marketing, coordinating with website production and development. Juggle various Marketing needs and competing schedules to determine prioritization and best website content to align with overall Company goals. Serve as communication hub enabling collaborations among the web dev/production team with the entire Marketing Team, Sales, Product, Security Intelligence, Design, Legal, and HR. Launch site in new language, requiring close monitoring of timelines to stay on schedule while balancing competing need to ensure GDPR compliance, and ongoing Marketing production work. • Analyze current processes and promote improvements to enable effective collaboration. Advocate for process standardization to streamline Marketing request pipeline. Train new team members on Marketing workflows and processes. Introduce simplified project plan structure to more effectively coordinate major department-wide multi-channel campaigns. Push for introduction of metrics reports to weekly production meetings.

• Facilitate localization of all assets for Uber Eats, encompassing content for Marketing; Uber Eats app, website and blog; and select Legal content. Balance competing demands to ensure on time delivery of cross media localizations for various campaigns and country launches.• Improve the turnaround time (TaT) and quality while lowering the cost of localizing desktop publishing (DTP) and multimedia (MM) assets. Overhaul the DTP/MM localization process, working with LocOps to ensure tools access, while apprising Localization team and updating documentation on the new process requirements.• Act as the primary localization point of contact for all cross-functional stakeholders related to Uber Eats; evangelize localization cycle/best practices for various content types, while setting expectations. Develop & maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders located in HQ and internationally.
