They will use this understanding to develop and implement company standards, procedures and content to enable project designers & engineers to work efficiently. The BIM manager will encourage the team to continuously improve company standards by soliciting internal feedback and providing end user training. They will stay current and share emerging BIM developments with the firm, acting as an advocate for BIM.
