Provided reporting for the Latin America SAP Team, monitoring KPIs (planning, execution and results) with special focus on budget. Worked as a tester during a global “Marketing Planning Tool” implementation.Tools: Enterprise Analytics Store, Business Objects, CRM, among other SAP systems.I was responsible for:-Assist with Ad-Hoc reporting delivered to LAC regional managers by using business intelligence’s SAP tools to track progress of marketing activities. -Cross data from different data sources and, by using Microsoft Excel, report about campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.-Budget analysis report (Plan vs Actual). This showed current situation, compliance, deviations from target, and root cause analysis by region and by marketing activity.-Campaign compliance report. Checked campaign’s data quality (focused on key campaign’s attributes, classification and forecasting data) and at the same time reported budget.-MPT report. An analysis of results from macro (regions) to micro (marketing actions) about different KPIs like MNP (Marketing New Pipeline), MTP (Marketing Touched Pipeline), MIP (Marketing Influenced Pipeline) and leads. These results had to be shown by Line of Business as well.-Dedicated reporting for South Region (performance of Argentina, Chile and Perú) focused on Demand Generation, Pipeline health, Revenue, MPT, Touched, Won & Booked.-In charge of assess the impact of implementing a new global internal marketing planning tool into LAC’s processes. This new tool (MPT) was replacing a customized LAC’s tool used by manager to track planned activities. The correct operation was key, since data loaded in this tool impacted several databases that enable to track activities execution and results from different SAP’s Business Intelligence tools.-Helped LAC’s marketing manager to achieve GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance by using SAP’s systems to report supplier’s status agreement.
