In the words of Henry Ford, “Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.” This is, and always has been, my philosophy for leading teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. My experience has been that if a team develops in this fashion, no problem is insurmountable! However, in today’s small business and non-profit industries, many leaders have little opportunity to “come together” and “stay together” with a non-biased, supportive decision-making team to assist them in making the critical decisions they face. Employed as a healthcare executive for over 30 years, I have had the fortune to build and work with high-performing teams. Together, we’ve developed multi-million-dollar programs, state-of-the-art processes, unique first-of-a-kind systems, and, most importantly, highly successful leaders. Since leaving my career in organ, tissue, and eye recovery services, I have had the pleasure of working as a consultant in project management. Project management has always been a passion of mine - second only to my passion for being a part of something bigger than myself. My passion for working with others to positively impact the community is, and always has been, the cornerstone of my practice. I create a safe, imaginative, professional environment for other small business owners and non-profit leaders. I sprinkle in a little fun, friendship, and laughter; together, we become better people and enrich others' lives, creating positive outcomes for all involved!
