As a Client Manager, I provide high-level operational and administrative support remotely to multiple clients, understanding their needs and serving as an extension of the business owner or Executive Director. I help them think through their processes and create a work flow that can be easily replicated. I also act as their back office, keeping them focused on their goals and the responsibilities that only they can do. I love helping people reduce their stress!
