I have worked in four settings since the age of sixteen. My first job started out with part-time retail sales at Barkers Shoes (Champaign, IL); I was promoted to full-time Assistant Manager before leaving that job in Jan. of 1999. I also worked part-time during my employment at Barkers Shoes; the part-time job was for a small candy store that was located in the same mall as Barkers Shoes. My second full-time job was at Cunningham Children's Home (Urbana, IL); I worked there from Jan. of 1999 - Sept. of 2001. My next job is where I am still currently employed, Jesus is the Way Prison Ministries (Rantoul, IL). I have been working at this ministry since Sept. of 2001. Throughout my work history, I have always enjoyed helping others and am eager to learn new things. I have been fully committed to giving my all at each of the places I have worked. I have worked in retail, group home and office settings. The jobs I have been blessed with include with a variety of people and my personality is to take time, being open to each person's life. We all have a story and the main thing is in deciding what we do with our story. I believe I would be a good asset to any job in the Administrative field as well those that assist with the betterment in the lives of others.
