Brenda Larson is a Learning and Organizational Development Manager at The Community Blood Center. Colleagues describe her as "I had the opportunity to work with Brenda in both her Oshkosh Defense and Oshkosh Corporate roles. She was always a “Go To” for answers and questions. If she was unable to get you the answer, she knew who to reach out to for help. Her eagerness to learn and help is what makes her such an asset. One project we worked on, was a quarterly Safety/Wellness presentation that was paired with Team Member Development training. Brenda was able to help organize the project, but also create space for others to submit their ideas and have ownership of the work. She is a true leader because she knows when to step up and when to step back. Additionally, the quality of her work matches her positive attitude toward helping others. You can always count on her to get the job done, and do the job well. Her ability to lead also made her someone I looked up to as a mentor.
