As the Assistant Chief at the Georgia Department of Community Supervision (DCS), I lead a team of professionals who provide effective and efficient supervision of offenders in the community. With over 21 years of experience in the field of criminology and counseling psychology, I have developed strong communication and analytical skills that enable me to manage complex and sensitive cases, collaborate with various stakeholders, and deliver quality training and development programs. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Auburn University. My mission is to enhance public safety, reduce recidivism, and support the rehabilitation of offenders through evidence-based practices and interventions. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters learning, growth, and innovation. I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills, and to contribute to the DCS vision of creating a safer Georgia.
