My job consist of the day to day operations of drug court. I have several roles, but my most important role is to be the eyes, ears, and foot soldier for my Judge. In saying that, I manage the day to day operations, screen the offender to determine the appropriateness for participating in Drug Court, train new staff, and/or team members, case management, data input, financial reports and other reports to the county and Administrative Office of Court, program development, counselling, treatment plans, work closely with other agencies who are involved with the success of the offender, assist in grant writing, etc.

Assist the Probation Officer with the Drug Treatment aspect of the offender.Screen, refer, and monitoring the sucess of the offender while on probation. Maintain files, reports and statistics for evaluation of the program.

Maintain security of offenders while incarcerated in prison.
